When that Swedes tax goes off to grow Poland, it isn't helping him. Poland will get another year of 100% growth and next year does that come back to bolster the local economy in Umea? No, Poland gets even MORE money next year too, they aren't paying in shit compared to what they receive, regardless of how much they grow.
