So a stalker has been harassing my friend. He made attempts to leave notes at her home, her car. Made fake accounts and been quite stressful on her, even contemplating ending her life. I have heard of many stories where the community in 4chan are able to find ppl like him, It would be great if anyone can help to make a police report giving all the necessary informations.
