There is literally no hope whatsoever for this country.
By year's end we will be a failed state, plagues by corruption, poverty, clientelism and crime.
The brightest hope I have is that soon there will be a civil war, because at least that would mean someone is willing to take up arms to defend the nation.
What should I do, reddit.com/r/banter?

Also because he started a great war only 20 years after the previous one had ended he helped further the idea that the German people were naturally violent and warlike, and as a result they are shamed for their history and culture to this day
Analysis of his political thinking and intentions not taken into account, he did a lot of bad for Germany in the long run

To be fair, he lost because he had 3 other superpowers allied against him from both fronts and an ally that only burdened him, yet still almost won the war whilst changing the face of Europe and by extension the rest of the world forever. If there wasn't a force from the West he had to allocate resources for at the cost of his Eastern expansion then he would have won.
