Yes. TLC-X tugger. I wear it about 8 hours a day every day (some days as much as 12, others as short as 4). I've been at it for about two years now and have seen noticeable growth. I've gone from CI-1 to about CI-3.5 (I suspect once it gets colder in the winter I'll be CI4, as there have been times when working out or swimming that I've had substantial rollover). At my current rate I've got another four or so years left, but it's worth it. Being able to have erections without feeling like my skin is tight is amazing.

I work from home, so it wasn't really a problem; I would just wear it at work. A few months ago I was preparing my lunch and I realized I was able to walk to and from the kitchen no problem without the device slipping off. After that I started doing experiments like going to the store, etc. At this point I basically could wear it round the clock, but I stick to my standard regiment, because why mess with a system that works? The best method is the one you can stick to consistently.

As for pain, not really, but it is uncomfortable at first. Eventually you get enough skin that you don't even realize it's there.

Started out with hand stretching of course, then I made a cannister tugger out of a prescription bottle, then later I drilled a hole and added a tube to it for inflation, and now I use a TLC Air.

Early on after getting the device I used too much tension and got a small tear in the skin, and had to take a few days off to heal.
