The nervousness comes from not speaking with women too often. There's really not that much to be worried about, at least not in my experience. You don't have to go that out of your way to think about how to talk with them, they're people just like you
With the girls I do talk with, I've found that discussing emotional trouble tends to get them interested. Don't just dump a ton of trauma at once, but as you get to know one it's okay to talk a bit about matters of the heart. Don't be a robot
