Outside of those edge cases, no, women are not lesbians. Obese or ugly women may become lesbians out of necessity given that they are too disgusting to actually get a male partner so they just fuck each other instead, but those women do not want to be lesbians; they would give it up in a heartbeat if a man somehow found them attractive.
If a woman is not too vile to get a man on her own, she is only a lesbian because her brain was broken in a way that caused her to find sex with men repulsive, probably pornography, sexual abuse, a violent father or a particularly difficult end to a previous relationship such as a man not finding her attractive anymore or leaving her for another woman. They will claim this is not true, but it is.
The brain is just as susceptible to wounding as they body and hitting it in the wrong places can cause life-impacting permanent damage.
