Herald Bluetooth wasn't buried with a cross and Thor's hammer as a sign of change, the change was from that point forward convincing us that the Nords were converted from their faith, when in fact, taking away the melding of Jesus with Nordic tradition was the taking away.
They always deal in multiple layers of falsity, to confuse and distract. You are never just given one layer of a lie. Typically the lie you think is a lie is usually a distortion of truth that puts you within an insulated layers in both directions.
