>>10861719There isn't really "primary" I just say that when talking to euros because in the USA education isn't sectioned like that, PrK-12 is gradeschool and you're ultimately in this "primary" school for 13-14 years total depending on how early your parents enrolled you.
You can drop out in grade 10, when most students are 15-16, but you have to be 16 to drop out. There were several that simply stopped showing up on their 16 birthday and went to work, the smart kids took advantage of free education and learned a trade before going to college and learning how to actually work and building on math etc they may have learned in gradeschool.
