Is anyone here good at manipulating vril/od/prana/chi/loosh/magnetism aka vital energy and actually using it productively? I've been reading up on the matter again.

As much as I want to understand by reading I feel like I got to talk to someone who is competent in actually absorbing, applying, and retaining vril. Even better would be to witness in person and train alongside.
