>>10871310If you don't know where the Qibla is, you have tot ske you're best guess and hope for the best. Even if your guess was wrong, it'll still count as a prayer and you'll still be rewarded because you can't do anything about it in that situation.
Also they cannot build a Mekka. If a person is unable to do the pilgrimage then they do not have to.
(وَلِلَّهِ عَلَى النَّاسِ حِجُّ الْبَيْتِ مَنِ اسْتَطَاعَ إِلَيْهِ سَبِيلًا) [آل عمران ٩٧]
And [due] to Allah from the people is a pilgrimage to the house - for whoever is able to find thereto a way
[3:97]
If you are financially and physically able to do the Hajj, then it is mandatory, if you do not have the financial nor the pgysical abilities to perform it, you don't have to.
