>>10874922The sedevacantist position is the position of traditional Catholics who argue that the Chair of St. Peter is currently vacant because it can be proved that the individual presently in Rome is a publicly manifested heretic, and therefore is not a true pope. Vatican II intended to be a general council of the Catholic Church, but it was actually a revolutionary usurper council that taught doctrines condemned by the Catholic Church. Vatican II brought a new religion, and is responsible for the incredibly rotten fruits and the revolutionary transformations that occurred after that. The sect of Vatican II is not the Catholic Church, but a falsification of the Devil to deceive people during the Great Apostasy.
St. Francis de Sales(17th century), The Catholic Controversy, English Ed., Pp. 305-306: "Now, when he [the Pope] is explicitly a heretic, he falls ipso facto from his dignity and out of the Church ..." 32
St. Antoninus(1459): “In case the Pope had become a heretic, he would be, by that fact isolated and without any other sentence, separated from the Church. A head separated from a body cannot, as long as it remains separate, be the head of the same body from which it was cut. Therefore, a pope who separates himself from the Church by heresy, for that very reason, would cease to be the head of the Church. He could not be a heretic and remain a Pope, because, since he is outside the Church, he cannot possess the keys of the Church. ” 33
