Everywhere gets snow in Canada you retard. Vancouver probably gets the least amount of snow but a 3 bedroom house would cost $2 million there.

go to montreal, its the exact opposite of what you want but drugs are cheap and it's a cool place to party. also rent is really cheap for no clear reason and houses outside the city are also bizarrely cheap (condos in town are fucking expensive tho)
