this guy's son hand wrote a poem to some girl he liked and she posted it on instagram and twitter calling him a creepy freak. the guy's older son then proceeded to go find the girl's mom on facebook and find a picture of her looking like a slag so he could reply with it in the original twitter thread saying "yeah well at least our mom isn't a whore lmao."
day or two goes by and the redditor gets a phone call from the mom furiously demanding that she make his son apologize and take down the post. he agreed that he would if she made her daughter apologize and take down her post which she begrudgingly did. think he might have said that he ended up grounding his kid too. either way his general conflict was over the fact that he's proud of the older son for standing up for his brother but didn't want to support him calling women whores and whatnot.
of course all the replies were "you are the asshole for even negotiating with the mom when she made the obvious request. your son was completely in the wrong, that's a completely unacceptable thing to be saying to any woman and you should reconsider the way you've been raising him if he was even able to think of this sort of response"
this trend is the same across any post.
