>>10897302yeah it had, and they were fantastic. a separate board for every movie (including rumored and in production), episode and person involved in the industry. the high-profile movie boards were extremely fast and shitposty, the nolan batman trilogy in particular was completely insane. like 1% of it was about the movie, except around the time of release of course. and the smaller ones were great because you could think of a tv show from decades ago on a whim and immediately go in and read discussions about it, because the boards were slow and the board maintained 10 pages worth of threads. them deleting it is one of the greatest losses for the internet. but i guess i should be glad i didn't see it get gutted and turned into a shadow of its former self in this current sanitized era of the internet.
to me there's really not much point to going to imdb without the boards and i haven't. i'm more surprised you know what it is, rather than not knowing about the boards because without the boards there's no reason for the site to be known. i can look up actresses and movies on wikipedia, except in extreme cases.
