If someone is literal beginner lifter as in never have looked at weights in his life before - he can get some crazy gains during a first year of training ESPECIALLY when knowing how to train, eating properly, resting properly, properly supplementing etc etc.
Then there's topic of having top-tier genetics and build, height, points where muscle attaches to bone and shape of the muscle head.
Overall i dont think this body is very suspicious, its not like he has veins popping out on his chest while just casually standing.
I've got bicep vein too and i'm like 15% bodyfat.
