I own 24 apartments, mostly in lower income neighborhoods. I have 7 tenants that are months behind on rent that need to be evicted. One tenant is a 20-something old black woman. 2 months behind on rent. A few days ago I saw her bringing a new flatscreen TV into her apartment. I ask her about rent and she ignores me.
The entitlement of black people pisses me off to no end. She is under the impression that having a place to live is free. So now not only is she going to be evicted, I'm going to sue her for past rent and for breaking her lease that still has 6 months left.
