Why do you guys act like old architecture is inherently better? Taste is completely subjective. People in France have different tastes in their own cities let alone compared to somewhere like India. Why do you think your preferred version of architecture is the only beautiful kind and everyone else is wrong? There is no actual argument you could make. Because it’s more straight? It has more ornaments? It took longer to make? None of those mean something is more beautiful. A good chunk of the world thinks the Sydney Opera House is beautiful. Why are they wrong and you right that isn't just you stating your opinion?
