About age 19, I bought this book on St. Mark's Place called "HEALING OURSELVES", by Naboru Muramato.
It proved to be a valuable delve into the principles of oriental medicine AND health, the balancing of all bodily functions.
On an *other* note, through the years I have come to see *every* experience as a chance to learn from it, no matter how disturbing it might be.
