Was biking home from work. Everyday I pass this hangout spot (skate park) for youths.
Today I saw like 5 boys (aged 17,18,19 maybe 20) surrounding 2 girls (maybe 14 max)

> First off, why are girls that young still out at night?
> Why are youths out at all?

I should have intervened, told the girls to go home and told to the boys to stop harrassing young girls.
You just know these girls are goint to be passed around.
I hate this world!!
