Yeah but not in an incest-y gross way. My sister's 6 years younger than me and when I turned 18 I took her on a camping trip. She had an anxiety attack after our kayak tipped while in a rough part of the river and couldn't breathe. She nearly drowned had I not pulled her to shore and gave her CPR. I was extremely lucky that I had instinctively grabbed for my phone and held it above the shallow but rapid water before it plunged into it. If I hadn't done that she probably would have died. I had to perform CPR for 30 minutes straight until an ambulance arrived.
It was not a fun time.
