Nah, Leo isn't a terrible dude. He is kind of scammy, but in the way RSD guys are. They pump out seemingly meaningful content that has no actual impact on your life that helps you feel good. I got interested in self-improvement a couple of years ago and I am curious about researching a lot of these topics (meditation, hypnosis, persuasive speech, and so on). Then I later found out that a lot of those same methods are weaponized in pedo circles for the purposes of mind control and abuse. My opinion is that these self-improvement methods are not innately bad and they can be used to make yourself into a better person, but they are terribly dangerous if they're used by selfish people who don't care about causing harm to others.
