One thing in particular to look out for is Hydrogen powered rockets. That's what Blue Origin is currently working on. Hydrogen fuel can be mined on the moon and can help us shuttle payloads from the moon and back at VERY low cost. The moon is also rich in resources and there's a high chance of precious metals like GOLD and PLATINUM.
Yeah, that's right, there's a literal non-zero chance of a fucking gold rush on the moon. And if that happens, the cost of getting to the moon and back will drop exponentially as everyone races against each other to claim the resources for themselves. Once you're on the moon, it's east to use it as a base of operations for asteroid mining, going to Mars, using it for astronomy, etc...
