Get them in pills and start with 1 pill, and increment your way up. I don't know if noopept will work or not, but you could try it. Noopept always made me ridiculously tired every time I took it.

Nootropics Depot. As for specific nootropics, phenylpiracetam and pramiracetam are the best racetams in my opinion. Oxiracetam, coluracetam, and aniracetam are also decent. Piracetam and fasoracetam suck. I've never tried mixing racetams and alcohol together personally, though.
