I binge now and again, but one binge day takes an entire week of dieting to reverse. I still dream about it all the time though. Just wanna go buy a giant sack of cheeseburgers and a 12 pack of beer, but that shit is the road to an early death. Enjoy it while you're young, but lose those pounds eventually. It gets ugly.
