Almost every Chinese person I know has a flat nose, which isn't inherently bad, but these pictures do not show it. This includes the Taiwanese I've met too. I know many Taiwanese and Chinese people because I studied Mandarin for quite some time, and even had a Chinese girlfriend.
Rough people who don't take care of themselves can also have an appeal too, just based off of their face alone. I'm not sure if you're making a connection to the soul and one's outward appearance either.
It's definitely true that what you are showing is what Chinese people idealize aesthetically. All it takes to know this is to look at how their heros look in video games, for example.
