The brain can make you do fucked up things. As a kid I had OCD every day all day I would repeat what I ate that day over and over and over. I would just sit there repeating what I ate breakfast lunch and dinner multiple times a day. I stopped eventually one day thank God.

It is a real disorder linked to neuroticism and OCD, but not that much is known. When I was 13, I quit eating and went down to ~65lbs where I stabilised for 8 months while in therapy. I wasn't even close to the many extreme cases there are, and there I learned to replace my obsessive compulsion with extreme structure. It possibly stunted my growth forever, and I'll probably never come off meds. Thankfully, I'm still fertile (it's common to lose fertility). Also, I am the exception, most people never recover.

I'm sure you didn't think of that before typing out that perverted fantasy of yours. The woman in your picture is clearly underweight, but that is still an early state at a point you can still save her (like me).

I've struggled with it for 12 years. At most times it wasn't that obvious but the stress I was enduring was the same. The thinner I was the more I was "winning", it was mostly like a struggle for perfection, order and control. Now I feel a lot more free.

It's real, the dude version of it is always seeing themselves as too small. I remember thinking I was a little twink twig at 5'10 200lbs lean and it fucked with my self consciousness, the plus side to the dude version though is it just makes you way better at everything whereas anorexic chicks look worse and aren't healthy at all.
