If you've noticed, the negro's oral cavity is often filled with saliva. This is evident through the way they talk, saliva sloshes around as their tongue moves making any sound that comes out incomprehensible. At times it gets worse as saliva can overflow whenever their mouths open, leaving a mess and possibly a mugging. They cannot swallow it due to its high viscosity, which would simply lead to choking. So, in order to function to their fullest, the negro must dispose of any copious amounts of saliva.
