So I've been wondering about decreasing populations of Japan and other countries

Could child factories be the future and (a dystopian) solution to the problem?
Sperm and eggs would be donated, then combined and a baby would be born in an artificial womb
It would then be moved to a nursing center, then preschool, primary, while having about one hour of time with a "parent" and taught independence, then moved to their own apartment and enrolled in high school , producing a new source of gdp

Though if AI advances fast we could produce humanoids instead and upload the psyche of a mentally healthy individual, this would be a better solution
