There are 105 males for every 100 females born. The laws of supply and demand dictate the by default men compete for female approval. There are more females overall, but that's because men tend to die earlier. Old ladies aren't hooking up with young men in their teens and twenties, so old ladies are not part of the game of competition. This default can be changed.
WW2 decimated the male population to the point women competed for male approval. It took one full generation after the end of WW2 to shift the supply and demand back to the gynocentric default.
Men focus on and put efforts into what's best for society a whole. Women focus on themselves and their offspring, no regards to the consequences of their actions. When it's the desire for female approval, women can make unfair demands and get their way. Passing on genes is very important to men, and they will pander to women in order to do so. Men pandering to women and gynocentrism is destroying the west.
