I haven't showered in a month and noticed that I have no more body odor and my hair isn't greasy.

first 2 weeks-month is hell but after that, a regular showers gets your hair just as clean as shampoo would

Yes. I currently need to ration water as I need to haul it to my cabin as it's used, no city water out here. So a shower every 2-3 days, and if I sweat heavily. If I work outside for over 30 minutes or go for a jog, of course a fast shower. Nobody has gotten sick, magically, in my household after this adjustment.

This. I do not use shampoo, soap, etc. I just use vanilla honey bodywash all over me and that's it. I also don't use toothpaste, instead I use mouthwash and brush my teeth with the mouthwash. Toothpaste fucks up your teeth and shampoo fucks up your hair. I only use toothpaste or soap or shampoo once in a rare while, when something really hard to remove somehow gets into my hair or teeth. Shampoo would make sense if I was a coal miner but for daily showering it's better to just use something that doesn't take away your natural body oils.

I kinda agree, to a a certain point. Yes the hot water can dry things out, and the colder the water the better for you. But find some balance, dont drench your head everytime your in the shower, get in and smash your pits and groin with soap. After that, you can get out, without really taking on alot of water, Keep most of your skins bacteria in tact, this will be the best of both worlds.
