setup, fry donuts, bake rolls, bread and bagels, bag everything, fill tables and set up for the next day then clean everything with the force of a tweaker on aderoll.

Not really. Pasties are like pies that look like big raviolis that have been cut in half I think. They are popular among tradies and miners here, as they can be eaten without needing to wash hands - they hold onto the pasty by the crumpled up part. Turnovers are nice too though
