>>11084425I think it takes time for those to work, if you feel really sick I'd rather recommend you start by first taking in less calories, it's a long lasting process but it still works, besides, summer is almost over so you have plenty of time till next season
if your body keeps puking you can harm your oesophagus and farynx, your teeth can take a toll too
I don't know if you live in the legal state but cannabis helps with nausea and puking (just stay away from tobacco and nicotine, that shit does cause puking) but then again it also gives you the munchies so you'd end up torturing yourself instead
fibrous foods are safe to eat as they contain close to no calories whilst also making you feel full, but I must warn you about pronounced persistalsys, a lot of the times fibrous foods can give you cramps in the intestines
besides that the only other advice I can give is try not to be too hard on yourself, your body needs time to adjust after all
