from what i can tell we offer at least dual concentration (which seem to target being at least conversational) in at french, german, italian, chinese, japanese, and spanish. the languages that may or may not have classes to support a third concentration are korean, latin, portuguese, russian, and arabic
as an aside the chinese program page doesn't clarify whether it covers mandarin, cantonese, or both which i find a bit funny
i also could've taken french, spanish, or i think german in high school instead of latin but at the time i didn't have half the interest in languages i do now, the latin teacher was rad as hell, and that's where the boys were at. if i were to start again i'd definitely take something else but it was the right choice at the time
