I can never wake up on time
Whenever my phone rings i cancel it while sleeping
I once woke up 2 hours late with 10 alarms canceled. I have no idea how i do it

I need your help, anything will help at this point.

Put the alarm on another room, turn on the lights when going to the other room, after you've done it you will probably want to pee and that will be more time awake to keep you awake

The only thing I can think of is this.
Make yourself bored early in the night,
and go to sleep early.

I had a horrible time in my early life sleeping.
The best medicine for sleep is boredom.
If you do activity that is fun, you won't sleep.
Get bored, and go to sleep.

That's the only and best advice I can give you.

maybe try do some physically exterting stuff like exersice so youll sleep eaiser and thus wake up better too at least that worked for me and I reccomand no screen time like half n hour before bed its bad for your eyes
