think of the earth, the only reson we didnt nuke ourselves in the cold war, was that we all live on the same planet
over the course of a few decades, what would stop one human planet from nuking another?
even more frighteningly, given the vastness of space, one planet could send the nukes, decades before they would hit, the sender could even change their mind with little to nothing to do
