And I've experience with the rare under-educated migrant who just does shit in a completely ass-backwards way... Perhaps with your porous border this is the type who are dominant in your workplace. If that actually were the case, you'd have my complete sympathy.
But, I've dealt with too many whitebois scared of breaking a sweat, or getting their hands dirty, who stand around pulling their dicks while on the clock - the majority of migrants I deal with just have a better understanding that they're there for the time no matter what, and dreaming of being elsewhere is a bad life skill to work at. Whitebois thinking I'm going to hold their hand when they're shit workers, it amuses me to see them fail out.
