I've always wondered what a blend between reddit and 4chan would be like. Reddit sucks because everything not agreed with is downvoted to oblivion, but 4chan sucks when you don't know who to trust, especially on boards like /ic/ where we critique each other's art. An artist's reputation may make their advice more valuable.
An imageboard with usernames would pander towards boards with more discussion like /lit/, /fit/, /sci/, /his/, /mu/, /ic/, /x/, and may actually reduce shitposting. I'm envisioning your site almost being like @channel from Steins;Gate.
