>>11146638It might be dumb but it's not dumb. Oil is better conductor of heat than air, and non conductive oil does minimal damage to electronic parts. As long as the liquid is non conducting and non corrosive it will work. What you really need for this though is a big ass heat exhanger to keep the oil temperature down, other than that a standard set up air set up with some decent fans will work as long as you don't have any rubber.
