>>11170049Find a comfy position where there isn’t too much pressure on one part of your body. I like sitting cross legged with my back straight up. You can lay on your side or on your back as well. Keep your eyes wither closed or open. If they’re open then keep them focused in one direction without focusing on anything and avoid looking around the room. And do not move parts of your body. Slow inhale then hold then slow release then hold and repeat. When you start don’t focus on anything in particular. Let your thoughts come to you and let them go. Notice but don’t focus on the sounds like a bird chirping or cars going by. It usually takes about 10 minutes to get into it. My mind will start racing but I’ll let the thoughts flow. Then use it to focus on ideas without focusing on them. Let your mind go and ideas will come to you. Be present and just exist. It takes practice before you start getting benefits from it.
