Spend most of week trying to fix sleep schedule to be awake yesterday morning.
Why the heck am I still fully awake?
My brain hates me.

just drink coffee so you wont sleep, it's easy to change your sleep schedule around

I use coffee all the time to do this.
The problem is, when I finally think I fixed my schedule,
suddenly I can't sleep when I should anymore.
And the cycle repeats.
I can only sleep when I'm not supposed to.

i used to always sleep later than i should to, set an alarm to wake you up so you'llbe tired whne it's time to sleep, also use blue light filter that helped me a lot
