She stopped eating a month ago (if a gecko doesen't eat for more than a month then something is wrong)
And her stomach has three pink points on it, my speculation is that they're eggs but without a fetus inside
I'll take her to the vet when i will can
I'm desperate because that fucking lizard is the last living thing that doesen't hate me

What is her feeding schedule? What does her diet consist of? What does her living setup look like? How hot/cold are the temperatures?

I feed her exactly 6 crickets/roaches
every 2nd day of the week, ofc with a mix of calcium and vitamines
Now she eats one in a week/not eats at all
temperature is around 25 celcius

First off, your temperature is too cold. The basking side of the tank should atleast be between 85-90 degrees (about 31-32 celcius). How old is your leapord gecko right now? The amount you feed her is too low (depending on her age). Do you have a heating pad? What kind of lighting and tank do you have? What substrate and objects do you currently have inside the tank?

4 yr old, the substrate she lives on are paper towels, i use a normal lightbulb which gives heat, there is a ceramic rock shaped thing, a half of a coconut which she sleeps in, a plastic box with wet paper towels and two dishes, one with calcium and vitamines and one with water

If she is over a year old, then she needs to be fed two times a week at the minimum. Your source of heat should also be coming from a heating pad and NOT a lightbulb for the sake of their health. The only light you should be using for the tank is a "sunlight bulb", which is only used to light up the tank if your lizard can't obtain natural sunlight. Do you have a thermostat or some type of temperature gauge inside the tank? That will help keep track of your temperatures and humidity. The humidity should not go above 40 percent. Make sure the rock is not getting too hot, otherwise she could receive burns.

It's great that you provide her vitamins and calcium, but make sure you're providing her the correct amount. Otherwise, she might suffer from a vitamin overdose.

Also, I almost forgot to mention, is your female living with another gecko in the same tank? If so, they both should live in seperate tanks. That may be causing her stress which is why she's not eating. Do you see any other issues besides the pink spots? For example, cloudy/droopy eyes, swelling, unusual breathing, or weird walking (dragging it's legs, limping, slow movement, etc.)?

She is alone, and no other symptoms have been noticed by me
She is even more active than she was before she stopped eating

Make sure the light source is not UV. UV lighting causes them stress as well. If she's still regularly active, then she's probably not in any critical condition.

Regarding the three white spots, it's hard for me to determine what exactly this is. It appears as if she's pregnant, but since there are no other males around her, then that would seem possible. The only other thing I can think of is mild impaction, but I'm not sure. Are there any lose substrates or tiny things in her cage she might be eating? Do your crickets/worms contain any substrate in their environment such as sand or dirt? Also, how often do you clean her tank and the items inside? Bacteria build up can cause her to become sick.

I would suggest you do a bit of research or consult with a professional regarding the pink spots on her stomach. I do have quite a bit of knowledge on leapord geckos, but they aren't my speciality. So I have no idea specifically what could be causing those spots.
