Ok faggots, take out your notepads because shit is about to go down. Civil War will happen and I want you to be in tip-top shape when it happens. Forget the weights, Focus on running and calisthenics. The faster you run, the more likely you are to pass BUDS, it is the greatest predictor of success. Running is your base and the most important part of your training. So run, run, run. Then focus on calisthenics. Especially work on your grip, try to get 14 inch forearms. At last, weight are good but focus on big compound movements, movements that you move your body through the air: Weighted Dip, Weighted Pull Up, Deadlift, Squat, Overhead Press.
Try to get a 500 pound Deadlift, 400 pound Squat, and a 200 pound OHP. Thats should be your training.
Running > Calisthenics > Weights
