2. Female-only support groups to keep them busy while their husbands are deployed. This is already sort of a thing but it needs to be funded a bit more and expanded.
3. Regular drug-testing and counseling for military wives who suffer from substance abuse. Many of the worst cheaters are also alcoholics or worse.
4. Conjugal visits paid for by the military. If a guy is deployed in the ME, the wives get a free trip to Dubai (with the kids if applicable) and get to stay in contact, at least once every 4-6 months.
5. Ban soldiers from getting married if they are in an MOS that indicates likely foreign deployment. Soldiers who are married cannot be deployed except in special circumstances (SOF or highly needed skills, for example).
6. Allow for prostitution on US bases. Women can join and be professional hoes to service the men to help with the loneliness of being deployed (and keeps them from spilling the beans to native whores).
