Large Pharmaceutical companies or better known as 'Big Pharma' are a great example, they 'Big Pharma' lobbied for VERY strict and costly laws with ridiculous standards in regards to drug production and lab research because what they payed in being compliant with said regulations was mere pocket change to them and well worth it because it killed all the small fry dug companies.
