Usually they have to be at least 50 employees to get any 'discount' lower than what we can buy ourselves. My job is at a small company, and they can't afford to offer it cheaper than individual insurance. I have to buy my own. My boss said he used to be able to get cheaper company health insurance plans up into the 2000s. Then the health insurance kikes got too greedy and stopped offering it to any company smaller than 50 employees. I have to buy my own. Mine costs $375/month, and it's shit that with a million lines of fine print of things they don't cover.
