Pretty much the best way to repair your teeth would be to change your mouth to an alkaline environment for most of the day after your done eating. Sodium bicarbonate is the one of the best ways to this. Drink soda? just mix sodium bicarbonate in some water and swish it in your teeth and your mouth will be perfectly fine. High ph environment would prevent any acid damage produced by bacteria.
Your saliva generally creates this high ph environment itself, but for some people their nutrition is out of balance and their saliva doesn't repair/clean properly....
Mainly most people who have bad teeth is due to parathyroid stealing calcium due to malnutrition or acidic saliva or saliva with no buffering capabilities.
High carbohydrate diet can also make it so where you have too much bacteria, so keeping that low does help a lot.
If you want to get rid of the bad bacteria easily, the ironically best way to clean your mouth is using an oil. Like coconut oil, olive oil, or some other food oil. This is generally called "oil pulling". At first it sounds like retarded pseudoscience, but there is quite a lot of ncbi articles that shows that it works better than any mouth wash, including beating the prescription mouth was chlorhexidine.
The problem with most mouthwashes is that using alcohol may kill bacteria, however it leaves the mouth rather dry which is rather bad for teeth.
