3. Enter your IP address in your name field (using periods)
4. Enter the name of the country you want to use the flag of in the comment field (It has to be the exact same words 4chan uses, if you want to use the american flag, as example, "USA" or "United States of America" won't work, you have to write "United States"), don't write anything else
5. Post it
6. You are now using whatever flag you chose, and it'll remain that way until you decide to change it again (note that you can't use the Unknown flag)
