You can't drive completely into buildings and structures because you risk getting the tread jammed with falling rubble and I-beams, or falling through a weak floor into a basement because of too much weight. If you just crush the front facade and back out, smash some cars, run over fire hydrants, avoid chain link fences wrapping around the treads like string around the vacuum roller ... you could exponentially increase your damage over the original run.
