At around 12 or 13 I believe I was prescribed hydrocortisone (i could be completely wrong), and what I did was apply the cream and pull and tug on my foreskin once a day. Over time, the skin separated from the glans, and after maybe a few months of tugging if was fully separated and normal. Again, that was when I was 13. Idk if that's simply what you have, or if the foreskin itself is too tight. Either way idk how tf you live your whole life thinking it's normal, or how your parents don't know about it. I knew I had it since like 5.
