so the tv and radio are both on, and those horse races were on nbc broadcast, looked like some qualifying races, I dont really pay attention to horses. so at one point, this song starts playing on our local 102.9 while a race is prepping

and the song progresses, they all line up, and right at 3:54 of the song there is a change and the song gets a double time feel, wham, the gate opens and the horses take off! simultaneously! so me and my buddy start laughing our asses off that the horses not only trotted to the song but then the gate flies open right at the change.
the horses race, the song keeps full pace, and I look at my fake watch and say "bro, watch these motherfuckers end at once, too"...and my buddy laughs and says that would be fkn crazy!
and wont you know it, the song literally fades out for the entire duration that horses cross the finish line!!!!

so I call up 102.9 a couple minutes later and said bro, you just played ghost riders in the sky, did you try to time that with the horse race or somethin? and the guy chuckles and said no, whatever you heard was a complete coincidence....so I tell him the story I just told above just so he could share in the entertainments, he said that's hilarious, I wish I was that good, but nope!
